Tosca PM – 260A EDGE BANDER

The Tosca PM260A is a compact, high-productivity automatic through-feed edge banding machine designed for applying PVC, ABS, wood veneer, and acrylic edge materials to panels. It delivers strong adhesion, smooth finishing, and superior aesthetic quality for furniture and cabinetry applications.

Equipped with a European-style gluing system, the machine ensures uniform adhesive application and allows quick and easy glue colour change. The integrated processing units include Gluing, End Trimming, Fine Trimming, Scraping, and Buffing, with an optional R Scraping Unit for enhanced edge finishing.

Featuring a user-friendly Touch Control panel, faster feeding speed, and stable performance, the PM260A is ideal for small to medium woodworking workshops, furniture manufacturers, and panel processing companies seeking reliable, high-quality output in a compact design.

Technical Specification

Glue pot:changeable glue pot can be quickly and easily replaced and hold 2 kg of adhesive granulate.

The heating power is 1.75kw, about 20mins heating time, the machine is ready for use. The quick and easy change to other adhesive colours saves lots of time no need to clean again.

End cutting: With two high speed motor with power 0.35kw for each motor and high precision linear guide guarantee for perfect cutting results.

Fine trimming: With two high speed motor ，adjustment through the counter convenience and quickly. 2 mm radius tooling is included as standard

Edge scraping unit，the top surface of the edge radius is removed by the light scraping of 

the radius knife，ensure the smooth finish.
