TOSCA PM460J Edgebander – High Productivity with Precision

PM460 is a deliver high productivity with consistent quality, combining speed, accuracy, and efficiency in one compact solution. Machine is designed to apply edge banding materials such as PVC, ABS, wood veneer, or acrylic onto panels. It ensures smooth, durable, and aesthetic edges for furniture and cabinetry. The machine is equipped with multiple functions like gluing, end trimming, fine trimming, and corner rounding, scraping, and buffing units.

Technical Specification

Touch Screen Control: only “touch” the button can use the machine. Error free machining with the touch-screen display ， intuitive and easy to select the main machine functions.

Glue pot:changeable glue pot can be quickly and easily replaced and hold 2 kg of adhesive granulate.

The heating power is 1.75kw, about 20mins heating time, the machine is ready for use. The quick and easy change to other adhesive colours saves lots of time no need to clean again.End cutting: With two high speed motor with power 0.35kw for each motor and high precision linear guide guarantee for perfect cutting results.

Fine trimming: With two high speed motor ，adjustment through the counter convenience

and quickly. 2 mm radius tooling is included as standard.

Corner rounding: Rounding of front and rear edge angle on straight, chamfered and post-formed panels. The operation is automatically carried out by the unit and get an optimal finishing, without necessity of further machining.

Edge scraping unit，the top surface of the edge radius is removed by the light scraping of  the radius knife，ensure the smooth finish.
